Regular price Rs. 860.00Ford Farm’s Vintage West Country Farmhouse Cheddar is matured for a minimum of 12 months and specially selected for a robust, rich and nutty flavour, and a crumbly and fudgy mouthfeel.
After over a year of careful ageing, Vintage Cheddar develops naturally occurring calcium crystals, giving it a slightly granular texture and crunch.
Pour a glass of Merlot or stout and toast to this incredible cheddar.
