Ford Farm’s Matured Coloured Cheddar is a firm-bodied cheese with a prominent, creamy flavour and beautiful dark yellow colour. The yellow colour is derived from naturally occurring annatto, and gives it that characteristic cheddar appearance.

With extended ageing of over three months, its bold flavour makes it perfect on a cheese platter as also in a variety of cooking applications.

The John Ross Jr Balmoral Fillet is the Rolls Royce of Smoked Salmon. The long, juicy fillet comes from the crown of the salmon and is the most tender and flavourful part of the fish. Each piece comes in a beautiful box, making it an ideal gift for those gourmand friends and family. It is ready to eat, just slice thick slices and serve with a squeeze of lemon, dollop of creme fraiche, and a crack of black pepper. 

Using red brick kilns dating back to their founding, master smokers hang the salmon over smoldering fires of oakwood. This rare cold-smoking method, along with a traditional curing process, produces a salmon that is rich and succulent. The end product melts in the mouth.

The salmon is locally sourced from the cold clear waters of the Atlantic, and processed with no artificial flavourings or preservatives. It is freshly packed and flash frozen. Store in the freezer at all times, and thaw for a few hours in the refrigerator before consuming.

Tulip's Corned Pork is made by brining fresh Danish pork with large-grained rock salt (originally called "corns" of salt - thus the name!), sugar and spices. After the meat is cured in the brine it is tender and packed with flavour. It is gently cooked, coarsely ground for a chunky texture, and moulded into the tin so it can be easily sliced and enjoyed.

Slice thin slices of corned pork and pile it high on sourdough bread with sharp mustard for a mouthwatering sandwich. Chop it and add it to a salad, or slice it thick and pan sear it to add to your favourite fried rice, noodles, or Korean Kimchi stew.
