A local favourite on the Galician coast, Cabo De Peñas' small scallops are removed from their shells and prepared in a traditional Galician sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, onions, sweet peppers, spices and salt. While the scallops are sweet and tender, they are packed with flavour from the rich, mouthwatering sauce.

Enjoy these scallops as a quick snack straight from the tin, or use them and their sauce as a base for a fantastic seafood pasta, or seafood salad. Yum!
