Black Truffles and cured pork are a match made in heaven. This Truffle Salami is similar to our Salami Milano with the addition of 1.4% Black Truffles. It is in the traditional mini unsliced 'salamino' shape and size, and made by coarsely grinding high quality pork meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and black truffles. Finally it is hung it to dry in a temperature-controlled environment for up to nine weeks before it is ready to devour.

This aromatic truffle salamino is perfect for a meat and cheese platter, a panini, or a pizza.

About Simonini:

Simonini was started by Celestino and Cesarina Simonini in 1927 as a small family-run butcher shop in Modena, Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.
