Pancetta Coppata is a signature cured meat of the Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Veneto regions. What makes it unique from other Italian cured hams is that it combines pancetta, cured pork belly, and coppa, cured pork neck. The sweet neck meat is rolled inside the bolder-flavoured belly, resulting in a perfect balance.

This Pancetta Coppata is thinly sliced, and best enjoyed in its pure form. Simply layer it in a sandwich or salad with fresh mozzarella, or serve it on a beautiful charcuterie platter along with other Simonini meats and your favourite cheese.

About Simonini:

Simonini was started by Celestino and Cesarina Simonini in 1927 as a small family-run butcher shop in Modena, Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. In the 1950s they started producing processed meats, specifically Mortadella, before branching out into a complete range of Italy's famous cured and cooked meats. Cutting-edge production technologies and state-of-the-art systems that respect the environment and most importantly food safety standards combine with the dedication, hard work, tenacity and respect for tradition passed down in the Simonini family over the years.
