Morelli Corn & Rice Paccheri is made with maize flour and rice flour, making it suitable for gluten intolerance, while maintaining a very similar consistency to traditional pasta.

Paccheri is a large hollow tube, similar to a giant macaroni. Originally from Compania in southwestern Italy, it is often stuffed with ricotta and spinach or meat, and topped with tomato sauce and aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
