Ishka Farms Caper Berries are the fruit of the caper bush, while capers are its flower buds. The berries have a mild pickled flavour and crunchy texture after being cured and brined.
They are best enjoyed as a snack on a cheese or antipasti platter, along with cocktails, and look very attractive owing to their light olive colour and long stems.
Rinse and drain the caper berries in water before enjoying them.
