Ford Farm’s classic Mild Coloured Cheddar is a firm-bodied cheese with a subtle, creamy flavour and beautiful dark yellow colour. The yellow colour is derived from naturally occurring annatto, and gives it that characteristic cheddar appearance.
With limited ageing of just two to three months, its mild flavour makes it very versatile for using in cooking applications, or for eating directly.

Ford Farm is located in the rolling Dorset Downs of Southwest England. It is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, using methods and recipes that date back many hundred years. They use the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds. The cheddars are aged and graded regularly by in-house graders to check their progress, and released when they have achieved optimum flavour.
