With extended ageing of over three months, its bold flavour makes it perfect on a cheese platter as also in a variety of cooking applications.

About Ford Farm Cheesemakers:
Ford Farm is located in the rolling Dorset Downs of Southwest England. It is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, using methods and recipes that date back many hundred years. They use the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds. The cheddars are aged and graded regularly by in-house graders to check their progress, and released when they have achieved optimum flavour.

Not just any bacon. Simonini's Pancetta process starts by brining Italian pork belly with a variety of herbs and spices. The belly is then rolled tightly and tied to produce a cylindrical shape. The rolled Pancetta is then lightly smoked, air dried for several weeks, and finally thinly sliced. The result is a mind blowingly succulent, sweet and smokey masterpiece.
This classic Italian bacon will be the star of your breakfast spread, a juicy BLT sandwich, creamy pasta carbonara, or a mouthwatering cheeseburger.
