Le Superbe Lustenberger 1862 (Veg Gruyere Cheese), 150G
Regular price Rs. 970.00Lustenberger 1862 is Le Superbe's flagship cheese, made with the same age-old recipe and technique as traditional Swiss Gruyere, except 100% vegetarian. The cheese is crafted by hand with the best Swiss milk, from cows who only eat fresh herbs and hay. This gives the cheese its characteristic nutty, sweet and tangy flavour.
The cheese is matured under the watchful eye of master cheesemakers for at least 180 days in the Lustenberger family cellar before it is ready to be enjoyed.
You can serve this cheese on a platter with an apricot preserve, toasted nuts and some crackers. Pair it with a rich red wine, or even a strong beer. Or use it to make a luscious Fondue, gourmet mac and cheese, or Cubano sandwich.

About Le Superbe:
For over 155 years, Lustenberger & Dürst and its Le Superbe brand have stood for the fine art of Swiss cheesemaking. This makes them one of the oldest cheesemakers and cheese maturing companies in Switzerland. While they produce some cheese themselves, most of their traditional varieties are produced in small villages in the Swiss Alps, and are sent to them for their expertise in slow and meticulous maturing before being packaged. Their secret? A passion for the finest Swiss milk, with floral and herbaceous flavours of the mountainous region and its unique climate.
Le Superbe Raclette Cheese, Slices, 200G
Regular price Rs. 1,500.00Raclette is a Swiss Alpine cheese with a slightly floral, mildly pungent flavour, and a buttery texture which makes it melt into a beautifully creamy and gooey puddle of cheese.
The ultimate celebratory meal, Raclette will make your friends and family gather around the table and feel as if they are on holiday in a Swiss mountain cottage.
The word 'Raclette' is derived from the French word racler, which means, "to scrape". This is because the cheese is most popularly melted in a tray in the oven, over an open fire, or in a special Raclette machine, and then scraped and poured out of the tray and over roasted vegetables or meat. It can also make a mind blowing grilled sandwich or be melted on eggs for an indulgent brunch.
