Ford Farm is located in the rolling Dorset Downs of Southwest England. It is one of the few remaining traditional farmhouse cheddar makers, using methods and recipes that date back many hundred years. The cheddars are aged and graded regularly by in-house graders to check their progress, and released when they have achieved optimum flavour.
