Smoked Salmon & Scallion Cream Cheese Bagel

At Framroze Deli we are suckers for classic sandwiches, and this is one of the all time greatest. With the right ingredients, you can't mess this up. John Ross Jr Scottish Smoked Salmon, Ishka Farms Capers, cream cheese, and the freshest bagel you can find. While you can play around with bagel and cream cheese flavours, our favourite combination is scallion cream cheese and poppy seed bagels. What are you waiting for?!


John Ross Jr Smoked Salmon,

100gm, sliced

2 pkts
Ishka Farms Organic Capers 3 tbsp
Cream Cheese 1 pkt (200g)
Bagels (Poppy seed is our favourite), lightly toasted 3
Scallions/Spring Onions, chopped, green and white
Black Pepper, freshly ground To Taste
Onion, thinly sliced into rings 1
Tomato, sliced medium-thick 1


  1. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped scallions and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Slice your bagel in two and lightly toast it. Spread the scallion cream cheese on the bottom half. Followed by a generous sprinkling of capers. Next, lay the smoked salmon on top. Last, the sliced onion rings and tomatoes. Close and enjoy (it's going to be real good!).
